Lisa is a globally inspired leader of businesses, people and her family who thrives on seeking + speaking the truth, exceeding expectations and making the seemingly impossible possible through creativity and laughter.

Lisa is a holistic Talent Branding & Experience expert who helps company leaders drastically and holistically increase their access and acquisition of top talent through insight-driven, sustainable and fully integrated strategies. She is also an expert in helping people free themselves of limiting beliefs to enjoy the career and life they so deeply desire, none more than other Talent Brand practitioners and Working Mothers (the subjects of her current passion projects).

But it took a while to get here…

Lisa grew up in the sticks of Central Massachusetts with a pet goat, a huge sledding hill and two relentless older siblings. Her obvious next step was to major in Graphic Arts, Communications AND Marketing at the University of Miami, and then work for big league ad agencies in the sunny South. She realized that success in that world meant sacrificing a balanced lifestyle, getting comfortable with burnout, and faking a love for many shoddy products she was being paid to champion. So she packed up her tanning oils and looked elsewhere for her purpose.

She’s an adventurer who joined Hillary Clinton’s advance team during her first presidential run in 2006, but quickly learned that her ethical compass pointed in a direction far away from politics. So, she left Clinton her last Lipton tea (with lemon!) in the debate site Green Room and looked elsewhere for her purpose.

She’s a determined leader who entered the field of Recruitment Advertising in the early days (after responding to a recruitment advertisement) before it had evolved into the strategic discipline it is today.

She immediately saw both purpose and opportunity to bring higher quality strategy and creative solutions into a space that was solely focused on helping people live better lives through their work. It’s been her mission to respond to that opportunity and champion the voice of talent ever since…

She has pushed paper as an account exec and led strategy for multi-million dollar client portfolios and name brands (Kimberly Clark, Verizon, Rolls Royce, Microsoft, Deloitte, AstraZeneca and more) at large recruitment marketing agencies. She has launched a successful consulting practice for Recruitment Process Outsourcing in large markets with zero investment money. She has built and led global in-house employer brand teams in Corporate America. She has lived in different countries and been featured on many stages, podcasts, articles, webinars and whitepapers along the way—sharing learnings, innovations, and original ideas about the hottest topics in Talent Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Candidate Experiences and beyond. In addition to other industry awards and achievements over the years, she was recently named one of the 10 Best Women Leaders of 2021 by Industry Era Magazine.

So, now Lisa is a female entrepreneur who has made it her purpose to bring change, inspiration and effective solutions to where they’re needed most.

What change, inspiration and/or effective solutions could you use right now? Do tell!
